Details
1. WOODHAM FERRERS LODGE ROAD 5213 Woodham Lodge TL 70 SE 14/533 10.4.67.
II 2. A C17 timber-framed and plastered house with a late C18 red brick block built on the south side. The older block at the rear has a gabled cross wing on the south end. The Cl8 block has a red brick front with a low parapet and a brick dentil course under a moulded coping. 2 storeys. 3 window range on the south front, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The ground storey has 2 splayed bays with moulded wood cornice and a central doorway with a 6-panel door with a semi-circular arched fanlight with ornamental fan glazing, and brick pilasters. The brick arch and pilasters are painted. Roof tiled, hipped on the south block and with an original chimney stack with 3 diagonally set shafts on the C17 block.
