TQ 2880 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER SOUTH STREET 79/15 (south side) No. 36 5.2.70 - II Terraced house. c.1737,renovated and extended to rear 1915. Darkened stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Doorway to right square headed with 6 panel door and patterned fanlight under cornice-hood. Flush framed exposed box glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick dressings and gauged flat arches up to 2nd floor, the 3rd floor with recessed glazing bar sashes. 1st floor stone sill band. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Survey of London; Vol. XL.
