TQ 2781 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER SALE PLACE, W2 53/8 (south-west side) 10.4.75 Nos 10 to 15 (consec) GV II Terrace. Early C19. Nos 10 and 13 much rebuilt and Nos 11, 12 and 14 top floor rebuilt. Brown brick. No 10 has stucco ground floor. 3 storeys and basement, each house 2 bays except No 10 of 3 bays. No 10 has a C19 shop front, round- arched entrance under fanlight and a sash window with glazing bars. No 12 also has a round-arched entrance and 16-pane sash. Nos 11-14 have shop fronts. No 15 ground floor somewhat rebuilt. Above, sashes with glazing bars with flat gauged brick arches. Spearheads to basement railings.
