(Formerly listed as Tighshee and Bronwen)

A C17 and C18 house with a cross wing at the north end. Mainly weatherboarded but the 1st storey of the main block is plastered. 2 storeys and attics. The windows are casements. Roof tiled, with 1 gabled dormer. The central square chimney stack was rebuilt in the C20. A C20 addition is built on to the north side of the cross wing. (RCHM 20).
Cherry Tree Cottages, The Ferns, The Chequers Inn, Broadgates, The Church of St Michael and All Angels, Nos 1 and 2 The Bishops, Cottage End, Burrells Cottage and Rose Cottage, Tighshee and Willow Cottage, form a group.
