Offices 1904. Designed by Wimperis and East Stone. Red steeply pitched tiled roof. Arts and crafts manner. 4 storeys plus dormers. 3 bay central entrance square headed, with prominent keystone and open segmental pedimented hood. Channelled rustification to ground floor. Segmental headed 3 light window to either side of entrance. 2 storey canted bay windows to each of other bays rising through first and second floors, having pendant diagonally set corner shafts and 3 light mullioned and transomed windows. Central window to first floor set within pedimenter niche, flanked by seated bronze figures of a man and a woman. First, second and third floors unified, by four giant order plaster strips surmounted by paired rusticated Ionic columns, linked in pairs above projecting bay windows by open segmental pedimented hoods; 3 light mullioned and transomed third floor windows placed inside these segmental hoods. Enriched cornice above third floor. Rusticated surrounds to two pedimented attic windows, each of 3 lights with Doric columns between the lights. Leaded panes to windows.
