SUTTON PLACE E9 1. 5013 (North Side) --------------- Nos 17 to 22 (consec) TQ 3585 20/648 II GV
2. Early-mid C19, 3 pairs. Each house 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows in main block, with 1-storey outer entrance extension. Upper floors stock brick with stone-coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. 1st floor cill band. Nos 17 & 18 have similar ground floor: but Nos 19-22 have stuccoed ground floor with round-headed sash windows (with glazing bars and margin lights) in round arched recesses, No 22 has projecting cill with cast iron guard. Doors of 2 long panels with reeded heads and rectangular fanlights, those of Nos 21 and 22 patterned. Nos 17 and 18 have extensions at either side. Group value.
Nos 1 to 22 (consec) form a group.
