Semi-detached house. C17, roof raised and building adapted c1900. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Bridgwater patent interlocking clay tile roof, coped south gable, abutment to north; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Above, 3-light horizontal-bar casement windows; below, 3-light hollow-chamfer mullioned windows with unworked top mitres, square labels; to lower bay 3 chamfered cambered-arched doorway with early pattern boarded door. Interior not seen. About 3 metres east of house the boundary wall, about one metre high, in Ham stone ashlar with simple plinth, thin angled coping and slight piers to gateway, ends and centre, sharing coping; small wrot-iron gate opposite door with barbed spearpoints and 'S' decoration to middle rail, all adding to the setting of the house. (Attached to north a cottage dated 1904, not of special interest).
