The following building shall be added:-

House and attached cottage. Mid C18, restored late C20. Rendered coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings and a stone slate roof. A single gable and a single ridge stack. Quoins and chamfered plinth. 2 storey, 3 windows. Right doorway has painted, plain ashlar surround and 6-panel door with glazed top panels. Eitherside are single 2-light sliding sashes with glazing bars, that to the right in a chamfered surround. Above 2 similar windows. To the left another doorway with a painted, plain ashlar surround and 6-panel door. To the left a single 2-light glazing bar casement and above a similar sliding sash. Left return has a further 2-light sliding sash with glazing bars and a similar window above. To the right a small casement and above in the gable an 8-pane fixed light in a slightly chamfered surround. Additional single storey rear wing has a single 3-light window under an ashlar lintel, and a corrugated roof
