II
House. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone facade, coursed rubble sides and rear, stone slate roof. 2-cell central entry against the stairs plan with rear wing. 2 storeys. Two 1st-floor windows. Ashlar quoins. Slightly off-centre doorway with monolithic jambs and overlight. Flanking bays have windows with deep lintels, projecting sills and thin monolithic jambs (painted) all retaining 12-pane sashes. Gable stack to right. Large external stack to left gable with shouldered offsets and ashlar top with cyma-moulded cornice. Single-cell rear wing has single bay of windows in the left return and doorway in its right return.
