C16 timber-framed house, L-plan, with evidence of at least two stages of building. Taller two storey south front, one and a half storey west front. Plain tile roofs. Exposed timber framing with painted brick infill. Two large late C16 rear wall chimney stacks with diagonally set paired brick shafts. South front three window range of C19 iron small paned casements with top lights. Triple outer windows, double in centre. C19 tiled projecting timber porch. West front modern windows, one dormer. Exposed timbers also in north gable. Queen post collar-and-tie beam roof trusses. Two fine later C16 Tudor arched fireplaces with moulded jambs and spandrels.
