Semi-detached house. Early C18. Ham stone ashlar; hipped plain clay tile roof behind parapets; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 5 bays x 2 bays. Plinth, rusticated quoins, cornice, low solid parapet with thin moulded coping; 12 pane sash windows with thick glazing bars, set in architraves; to lower bay 3 on north face a pair of 4-panelled doors up one step, set in eaved architrave under segmental pediment. Matching east elevation to Water Street. Inside, the east room has a C18 fireplace and an early C20 bay window in south wall; 6 fielded panel doors; fine C18 staircase with turned balusters and fielded panel dado: semi-circular arched stair window; east bedroom has C18 fireplace, original cornice and dado.
