Row of 3 estate worker's houses. Early C19, probably by Peter Atkinson (York)
based on a plan by John Carr for Edward Lascelles, 1st Earl of Harewood.
Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2-cell houses; double-depth. 2 storeys.
Nine 1st-floor windows. Ashlar plinth, quoins. Each has doorway with overlight
and monolithic jambs on plinths with above and to either side windows with flush
plain-stone surrounds and projecting sills with glazing altered to casements.
Ashlar eaves band. Hipped roof with 4 ashlar ridge stacks andone to side of left
hip.
