Each house, of 3-window range to upper storeys, has advanced Doric porch and ground floor of channelled rustication; canted bay window rising through ground, first and second storeys of channelled rustication; balustrated balcony to first floor breaking forward over porches. Plate-glass sashes. Main modillion cornice over third floor;parapet. Cast-iron area railings. Listed for group value with rest of Stanhope Gardens layout and with houses in Cromwell Road.
