TQ 2880 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER PICCADILLY Wl (north side) 80/119 Nos 117-to 119 (consec) 2.7.69 GV II Terrace town houses. Late C18, refronted and remodelled c1900-lO. Portland stone, slate roofs. 5 storeys and basement. Nos 117, 118 a pair, each 2 windows wide, no 119 has a 5 window front. Channelled ground floors. Doric columned porches to right and left of Nos 117-118. Architraved sash windows, with segmental pedi- ments on 1st floor. Rusticated quoins flanking and to party wall. No 119 similar but architraved doorcase to right instead of porch, up flight of steps. Balustraded stone balcony across the three fronts to 1st floor and modillion bracketed main cornice over 3rd floors, cornice and blocking course to attic storey. 5 window return to No 117 with similar details, the central 1st floor window tripartite with balcony. Stone framed cast iron area balustrade.
