3/35 Case to waterpoint on south bank of Canal, 15 metres west of Agden Bridge
II
Case to water point, probably mid Victorian, of cast iron painted with traditional canal rose motifs. A heavily cast pillar-case, square in plan, with a cast iron door to front and rear on ornate hinges. One metre high. Projecting moulded canted corners. Flat pyramidal top with battlemented edges. A good example of Victorian iron casting.
