1. CHURCH CRESCENT E9 5013 (North Side) ------------------ Nos 1 to 3 (consec) TQ 3584 26/106 II GV
2. Mid C19 composition in Tudor style. 2 storeys, 5 bays the outer ones under gables and the narrow central entrance bay having small gable above narrow 1st floor window. Stock brick with red brick quoins and dressings stuccoed parapet and gable copings. High pitched roof of large slates with tall brick chimneys. One-bar casement windows in chamfered stucco alternating block surrounds with hoodmoulds over. Outer ground floor windows are shallow canted bays with hipped lead hoods; and attic windows have gauged shouldered red brick arches. Central door with 4-centred head set back behind 4-centred gauged brick arch with key block. Nos 1 and 3 have entrances on returns, No 1 under gabled hood on long brackets small rear extension. No 3 has Tudor-arched porch.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) and Monger House and East Wall form a group.
