House in row. Probably C18. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to side and rear; undulating roof with plain clay
tiles over stone slate base courses between stepped coped gables; brick and stone chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays.
Horizontal-bar casement windows of 3-lights in plain openings; part-glazed door to lower bay 3 set in timber lattice
porch with hipped roof. A leaded oculus window set high in east gable. Interior not seen: a report suqgests that the
west main chimney stack and gable are parts of an earlier malthouse owned by Elias Taylor (SSAVBRG Report, SRO
Unpublished, 1981).
