Detached house. C17. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base courses, tall copings suggesting previous thatch; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 6 bays irregular fenestration. Mullioned windows: above of 2, 3, 2, 3, 3, lights with no window upper bay 6 - of these bays 2 and 4 are ovolo-moulded, the remainder hollow- chamfered, no labels; below bay 1 is hollow chamfered, the rest ovolo- moulded, being, 2, 4, 4, 3 and 2 lights, with no window bay 3, all with labels: to right of bay 2 an ovolo-mould cambered arched doorway with deep lintol and label, having studded boarded door: against bay 3 a well, with stone slab cover, metal handle, reel and chain still in position: small lean-to against north gable. Further mullioned windows on south gable. Interior not seen.
