Details
MARBURY CUM QUOISLEY C.P. WIRSWALL ROAD SJ 54 NE 2/62 Hadley Hall - - II Farmhouse. C16 with late C17 and C19 additions and alterations. Timber framed with brick infill and brick with C20 slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: three bays. Lateral gabled bays, that at right having a 3-light cambered headed C20 window with a stone sill and at left a C19 3-glazed doorway with gabled porch above. To the centre is a similar C19 3-light cambered headed window and another at left. At first floor level are 3 C19 or C20 3-light cambered headed windows. Chimney stack to right of ridge. To the centre between the floors is a band of two bricks depth with headers supporting stretchers. The right hand side has a C20 lean-to outshut and above this is a row of close studding with angle braces to the centre and a C20 chimney stack at left.
