(Formerly listed as Tre Evan Farmhouse)

Farmhouse. Possibly early C16 core with C17 and C18 alterations and additions,
extensively altered and extended during late C19. Timber framed core, refaced and
extended in sandstone rubble and further extended in red brick, Welsh slate roof.
Earlier core originally of 3 bays (with 2 partially mutilated cruck trusses visible
to interior) and extended during C19, inserted stack backing onto through passage;
C19 end stacks; C19 parallel brick range to rear with end stacks. Single storey
and attic; Entrance front; 3 gabled dormers with 2-light casement windows, ground
floor; two 3-light casement windows to left and one similar 3-light window to right
of ledged door with part glazing. Interior; largely of C19 but 2 cruck trusses are
revealed in the upper floor; C17 inserted ceiling with plain chamfers in main room.
In the C19 range added to the rear is a deep stone lined well.
