Service wing of Old Rectory (q.v.) to which it is attached. Late C17,
altered early C20. Coursed rubble, Cotswold stone roof, C20 ashlar
chimney. In plan a range linking with L-plan wing at N end. Main range 2
storeys; 1:2:1 bays, outer doors, the right-hand one now a window, to left
arch headed with glazing-bar sashes to half-dormer over. Two 3-light
hallow chamfered mullion windows on ground floor, one 2-light casement on
lst floor. The L-plan range to N.E. is single storey with ridge at same
height, 3-light ovolo-moulded mullion window; 1:1 bays to S.E., 2 stables
and gable over elliptical arch coach entry to N.W. with fine early C20
strap-hinges. Rear of cottage, to N.W., has a 3-light hollow-chamfer
mullioned window and 2 hipped dormers.
