Semi-detached house. Early C19. Ham stone cut and squared; plain clay tiled roof with stepped coped east gable, continuation to west; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 20 panes in plain openings under keystoned lintols; to lower bay 2 a late C20 stone and tiled enclosed porch to match, with 6-panel door: extension to north-east corner, two storeys, with triple roll clay tile roof to parallel ridge line. Interior not seen. About 2.5 metres south of house, set on a low stone wall, railings of about 1m high, having cast-iron spear derivative tops, no gate: all adding to setting of house.
