Farmhouse. Probably C17 with later extensions. Finely coursed rubble, partly timber-framed, stone slate roof, stack to right of centre. Two- cell plan oriented east/west, extended westwards in C17. One and a half storeys, 2 windows. North elevation: one C20 casement to right hand side; first floor has mid-C19 2-light casement under hood in gabled half-dormer over entrance, 2-light C20 window to left of stack; entry by late C19 ledged door under the gabled dormer. Late C19 single storey extension with end stack set at right angles to north side of west side. Interior: plank and muntin screen divides east part which has ceiling beams with stepped stop chamfers; fire-hood (?) in extension to west. Extension is masked by timber-framed cross-wall and visible join in rubble to north elevation.
