Farmhouse. Probably C16 with C20 alterations to fenestration. Fine coursed
rubble, timber-frame to south-west part, concrete tiled roof, stack about one
third along the ridge from north-east end. T-plan, aligned north-west/south-
west with projecting wing to south-west. One storey and attic; 4 windows,
irregularly placed casements, roughly 1:3. The projecting wing and northern
part have been re-fenestrated with steel mid-C20 casements; central C20 lean-
to porch below chimney. Timber-framed section to south, close-studding with
2 rails, large ledged doors let into centre, C20 casements on ground floor
to right, rubble chimney bay to south with shaft removed and roofed over.
Interior: the south part has truncated end stack, a newel stair to the south-
east corner with a small light in the gable end, chamfered ceiling beams and
joists with pyramid stops.
