Similar range of 12 houses, the four central houses and each end house breaking forward and having an additional patent stone course. Three of the central houses have shutters. Two different keystone heads. More elaborate lead fanlights. Six panel doors with panelled reveals. Three storeys, three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Parapet, slate roof.
Forms a group with nos 1 to 10 (consec).
