II
House, now college. Early C19 with later C19 extension. White painted stucco. Slate roof, hipped to the left with bracketed cornice. 3 large stucco stacks to the rear. The left 5 bays are set on a plinth. 3 storeys, 8 bays. 4 stone steps set into a paved platform lead to the single storey projecting bay with doorway. Double glazing bar door with moulded eared and shouldered architrave and iron fitments for canopy. Either side are single segmental bows, each single storey, occupying 2 bays and with 3 glazing bar sashes and continuous sill bands. Extending across these 5 bays is a cornice topped with decorative iron railings forming a balcony. This cornice extends to the 3 bays on the right forming a first floor band, these bays being the extension. Central, single storey projecting bay with single sash flanked by single similar smaller sashes. Either side are single sashes. Above are 8 sashes each with moulded surrounds topped with a pediment. Above are 8 similar smaller sashes with moulded surrounds. To the right and rear are extensive C20 extensions, not included in the listing.
