End of terrace house. c.1810-20 (with some slightly later alterations), associated with and probably by J.T. Parkinson as part of his Montagu Square development for the Portman Estate. Stock brick with rusticated stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 5 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide with 4 window return to George Street. Square headed doorway to left with panelled door and fanlight, flanked by pilasters carrying entablature. Recessed sashes in stucco architraves, those on 1st floor with cornices on consoles; some blind windows to return. Cast iron geometric patterned balcony across 1st floor. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. Cast iron area railings with pineapple finials.
