House. C17 with C19 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick nogging on high brick plinth; plain tile roof with crested ridge. Irregular cruciform plan. One storey and gable-lit attic. Three large C19 brick stacks with square and star-shaped shafts, and oversailing caps.
Framing: square panels, three from sole plate to wall plate; exposed collar and tie-beam trusses with queen struts and V-struts. North front: gable to front with first floor C19 three-light oriel window and ground-floor canted bay with hipped roof; ground floor C20 two-light wooden casement in right-hand return front and C20 porch in angle of left-hand return front.
Interior not inspected, but likely to be of interest.
