Cottage. Mid C19. Painted limestone ashlar, rubblestone rear, pantile roof with wide eaves and moulded ashlar stacks to gable ends, brick stacks to rear. 2-unit plan with rear outshut. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plain unpainted surrounds to Tudor-arched leaded stone-mullioned windows, 2-light to the sides, single-light above a Tudor-arched 6-panel door glazed to the top. Eaves band, 1st-floor band and plinth. The rear outshut extends to the left of the left return (which has a 2-light window to both floors), it has stepped coping and a canted bay window with a flat roof and segmental-arched windows. INTERIOR: not inspected.
