House. Early/mid C19. Yellow brown stock brick, Flemish bond.
Hipped Welsh slated roof, yellow-brown brick chimneystacks on
rear (east) and north.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, set at right angles to street, with 3-bay
front facing west, and single bay on frontage. First floor has
3 recessed 16-pane sash windows under rubbed flat arches, with
stucco sills: 8-pane sashes to second floor (left-hand
replaced with C20 casements); plat bands at first and
second-floor levels. Ground floor has C20 casements in
left-hand bay, central recessed door with traceried fanlight,
16-pane sash at right. Street (south) facade has 1 window on
each floor; 16-pane on first floor, 8-pane on second floor,
C19 sash with divided pane glazing on ground floor.
Single storey brick outshut with hipped Welsh slated roof on
north side.
