House, now with 2 ground floor shops. Early C17, with C20
alterations. Timber-framed, with colourwashed roughcast
plaster front, jettied over ground floor, rear outshoot
dark-stained weatherboard cladding. Low-pitched Welsh slated
roofs, with eaves cornice at front.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, first and second floors each with 2
flush-set 12-pane sash windows, first-floor left-hand, and
lower sash of second-floor left-hand, now lack glazing bars.
Ground floor has 2 shopfronts, recessed below jetty; that to
left-hand side early C20, wood framed with closed plate glass
display window over brown glazed brick stallriser, with glazed
door at left. Right-hand shopfront early C20, with wide sash
window with margin glazing at sides above green glazed brick
stallriser, three quarter-glazed door with margin bars and
fielded lower panel, with fanlight above. At right, full-width
fascia board with moulded surround above on jetty bressumer.
