Also known as: Nos.1, 2 AND 3 MILLERS COURT.
House, now with shop and offices at left (No.18). C16 and 17,
much altered and substantially rebuilt 1979-80 (Nos 14, 16,
18A now known as 1, 2, 3 Millers Court). Timber-framed,
plastered, ground floor with black-stained weatherboarding,
and tiled roofs. Gable faces street at left forming cross
wing. Rebuilt red brick chimneystacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic (Nos 14 & 16). First floor has 4
flush-set 2-light wood casements with divided glazing and
architrave surrounds; ground floor left has C20 timber arcaded
shopfront with recessed entry, fascia flanked by consoles, and
three 4-light wood casement windows with divided glazing set
low down near pavement level. Projecting gables and lean-to's
at rear.
Roofs with modern gabled casement dormer to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but was substantially rebuilt
1974-80.
Forms part of a group with No.20 and No.24 (qqv).
