House, now holiday accommodation. Late C18, altered mid C19. Painted incised stucco, slate roof with rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: three storeys; symmetrical three-window range. Late C19 plate-glass sash windows. C18 modillion cornice and moulded frieze, moulded rusticated quoins to the first and second floors, panelled reveals and soffit to a doorcase under a prostyle Tuscan porch. The porch is closed in by mid C19 half-glazed double doors with margin panes to the overlight and later glazing to the sides. C19 platband over banded rustication to the ground floor, bracketed sills; mid C19 two-storey canted bays with panelled mullions to the angles and plate-glass sashes.

INTERIOR: not inspected.

SUBSIDIARY FEATURE: attached to the rear left is a red sandstone rubble wall approximately 3m high which extends backwards to the southeast for approximately 10m.
