II
House. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Painted roughcast, slate roof with rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Plain eaves band. To the left is a wide 2-storey flat-roofed segmental curved bay with three 6/6-pane sash windows in curved frames to each floor below a painted timber frieze and cornice. Other windows are C20 metal replacements of C19 plate-glass sashes under moulded cornices on consoles. The C19 6-panel door is enclosed by a deep timber porch with a segmental-arched entrance flanked by incised panels. INTERIOR: not inspected.
