SHALDON SX9372 RINGMORE ROAD, Ringmore 25-1/6/16 (North side) 21/06/77 No.10 and attached front walls (Formerly Listed as: TEIGNMOUTH RINGMORE ROAD (North side) Nos.2-10 (Even)) II Formerly known as: Nos.1-5 RINGMORE ROAD TEIGNMOUTH. House. Early C19 with later C19 additions. Painted stucco, slate roof with stack to left gable end. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. Incised raised surrounds with florettes to the upper corner blocks, to 6/6-pane sash windows with margin panes. Stone plinth and chamfered rustication to the ground floor, mid C19 verandah with cast-iron trellis supports. The door to the right has a mid C19 semicircular-arched panelled doorcase with radial glazing bars to the fanlight and applied vermiculated voussoirs, probably of Coade stone. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: rubblestone walls attached to the front corners extend approx 10m forward to meet a low rendered wall across the front.
