GV II
House. Probably early C19, with c1840 alterations. Painted stucco, slate roof with rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. This was possibly formerly an early C19 symmetrical house with a slightly later projecting semicircular 2-storey bay with a dentil cornice to the right. Moulded architraves to the central and left-hand windows and a wide segmental-bowed shop window may have been added c1840. The fascia of the shop continues to the left to form a porch with incised wooden columns. C20 door and glazing to the shop window. INTERIOR: not inspected.
