GV II
Pair of houses, now single dwelling. Dated 1805, converted in C20. Colourwashed brick with pantiled roof: stacks removed. EXTERIOR: 2-storey 2-window range. Entrance in east front through 6-panelled door set to left of elevation in a reeded surround. One 6/6 unhorned sash in centre of facade and a late C20 plate-glass arched window to right replacing former door. Two 6/6 unhorned sashes to first floor above date plaque. Dentil eaves cornice. South gable with snowcem rendering and four late C20 casements at intervals. Full-height rear outshut. INTERIOR: not inspected.
