House. Late C18. Brick; C20 restored plain tile twin-span roof with central gable over advanced bay; 2 brick end stacks; brick ridge stack and bellcote; brick stack to rear. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and attic; 5-window range: central Venetian window with corbelled sill and 1/1: 6/3: 1/1 sashes, flanked by 3/3 sashes in advanced bay and by 3/3 sashes in recessed side bays; broad moulded cases and gauged brick flat arches; lunette window with corbelled sill, and 3/3 sashes to second floor; round-headed 3/3 sash to gable. Central entrance: 4-moulded-panel door, with barred fanlight and leaded side lights under lead flat hood on scrolled brackets; flanked by 3/3 sashes under gauged brick flat arches. Right returned side: wing to rear with large semi-dormer and brick end stack. Left returned side: staircase window; 2-light casement to gable; brick dentilled eaves; single-storey outshut with late C19 canted bay window with 1/1: 2/2: 1/1 sashes, and stack to rear. INTERIOR: not inspected.
