SO58NW BOULDON 1943-1/2/23 Wynetts Bank Cottage including 15/03/74 attached outbuilding
GV II
House. Early C19, to earlier core. Sandstone rubble; hand-cut graduated Welsh slate roof; part-rendered brick end stack to left; brick chimney to rear. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range: 2-light metal casements breaking eaves, under raking dormers. Central entrance: plank door under simple sheet-metal hood; flanked by similar casements and, to right, fixed leaded light. Outbuilding to right: rubble; plain tile roof; weatherboarded gable; C20 plank door. Rear: later lean-to with 2-light casement. INTERIOR: believed to contain timber-framing.
