House. Late C16/early C17. Timber-frame and plaster, over sandstone rubble to ground floor; C19 plain tile roof with gable to road; massive rubble external stack with brick superstructure and chimney to left returned side. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range: late C19 cross-window with casement under simple hood; moulded bressumer on simple scrolled consoles to gable. Entrance to right: C19 plank door, under simple C20 porch; C19 4-light casement in moulded frame. Left returned side: weatherboarding; rubble lean-to with plain tile roof. Rear: rubble with later panel to right; C19 2-light casement in altered opening; plaster with painted timber-frame to gable; 2-light and single-light casement to ground floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
