Town house with later shop. Early C19. Killas rubble with dressed granite quoins, 1st-floor window head course with keyed flat arches, sills and mid-floor string course (right of shop front); hipped scantle slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has late C19 canted shop front on the left with moulded entablature and dentilled cornice; square-headed pilastered doorcase on the right with round-arched plain fanlight over later pair of panelled and glazed doors. Rear is symmetrical, 2 storeys over basement and 3 windows. Original 12-pane hornless sashes except for later C19 canted bay to 1st-floor centre; masonry details as front elevation. INTERIOR has original open-well staircase with closed string, stick balusters and ramped handrail, otherwise not inspected.
