GV II
Shop and flat. Early to mid C19. Roughcast with painted stone dressings and slate roof. 3 storeys and 3 bays, with chamfered quoins. The ground floor is occupied by a shop front with a timber cornice and with a painted stone plinth which contains cellar openings. To the left and right there are pilaster strips with channelled rustication. The upper windows have glazing bars and are either fixed or centre-pivoted. Those on the 1st floor are set in architraves, and those on the 2nd floor have plain stone surrounds with projecting bracketed sills. Below the bracketed eaves there is a painted stone band.
