Shop and dwelling. Late C18 front to C17 core, with later alterations. Stucco; hipped Welsh slate gable roof. 3 storeys; single-window range: shallow oriel with 2/2: 6/6: 2/2 sashes under moulded cornice and hood; 6/6 sash in moulded case; plastered soffit to eaves. Late C19 shop front, with entrance to left: half-glazed panelled door with etched glass, under moulded frieze; shop-window with moulded glazing bars; moulded and modillioned fascia-board and hood, on panelled pilaster to right. Left returned side (to Broad Street): stucco; large prominent bow window with C20 plate-glass windows between earlier stone columns and pilasters, under moulded fascia-board and deep bracketed eaves to slate roof; tier of C20 two-light casements over. Rear: C17 timber-frame, restored 1978; various C20 casements, and pargeting; C20 door and window. INTERIOR not inspected.
