Warehouse, now offices. 1875. Red brick, with ashlar basement and dressings. Roof not visible. Italianate style. Rusticated basement, quoins, sill bands, eaves cornice, pierced coped parapet. Windows are mainly original plain sashes with ashlar surrounds. 3 storeys plus basement; 5 window range. Central segment-arched double door with fanlight, flanked by paired segment-arched windows. Beyond, segment-arched panelled doors with fanlights. Above, a canted stone oriel window, 2 storeys, on stone brackets. Above it, a tripartite sash under a pediment. On each side, 2 windows on each floor. Formerly the offices and warehouse of William Cotton.
