2 houses and attached external corridors. 1888-89. By Watson Fothergill of Nottingham. Red brick, with blue brick and ashlar dressings, and rock-faced stone basement. Gabled and hipped plain tile roofs with cast-iron crest and 2 central coped ridge stacks. 2 storeys plus basement and attics; 4 window range. The houses have side entries approached from Huntingdon Drive. Symmetrical main front, to gardens, has a projecting central block, 2 windows, with hipped roof. Basement has arched openings flanked by single windows. Ground floor has a central round-arched opening flanked by tripartite plain sashes with stone shafts, the left window bowed, under a common hipped roof. Side bays have paired sashes with stone shafts. First floor has 2 wooden bay windows, 4-lights, with hipped roofs and composite sashes. Side bays have similar windows, 3-lights. Attics have a strip of timber framing with brick nogging, and 2 hipped through-eaves dormers, 3-lights. Rear has, to left, a glazed external corridor with coped gable and shouldered doorway with shafts. Right corridor has a garage door inserted.
