Town house, now office. Late C18; altered. Red brick in Flemish bond with some sandstone dressings, slate roof. Double-depth single-fronted plan, with back extension. Three storeys over cellar, 3 bays, with a plinth, 1st-floor sill-band, plain frieze and bracketed cornice; a round-headed doorway to the right; 12-pane sashed windows except at 2nd floor which has 9-pane sashes with shallow upper leaves, all with raised sills and flat-arched heads (pink brick heads to all ground floor openings). Ridge chimney stack. Interior not inspected. Forms part of terrace, with Nos.11 to 17 to left (q.v.) and Nos.21 to 25 to right (q.v.) but is lower than these and differs from them slightly.
