GV II
House, now offices. Early C19. Red brick, with ashlar and stucco dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 brick ridge stacks. Plinth and first floor sill band, stucco and wood eaves cornice. 4 storeys plus basement; 3 x 7 windows. Windows are original glazing bar sashes with brick flat arches. Main front has three 12-pane sashes on each floor. Segmental curved corner, to right, has a sash on the first floor and blanks on the others. Right return has a single bay to left, with a sash on each floor. To right, regular fenestration at a different level, with 6 windows on each floor. In the fifth bay, a beaded panelled double door with overlight.
