House, now offices. c1820, raised c1950. Ashlar. Roof not visible. Single brick side wall stack. Rusticated plinth, giant pilasters, cornice. 2 storeys plus attics; 3 window range. Three 12 pane sashes and above, 3 small C20 2-light casements. Central double door with small flanking pilasters and overlight, flanked by single 12 pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
