GV II
Stable range and cooper's shop, now workshops and offices. Late C18, with late C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings and hipped stone slate roofs with single side wall stack. 2 storeys; 6 x 5 bays. North range has to south 6 small C20 glazing bar casements and below, a round-headed 6 bay arcade. To left, two 20 pane sashes with a door between them, and between the second and third arches, a round window with stone surround. To right, a beaded panelled door, then a blank arch flanked on each side by a pair of carriage doors, the left ones partly glazed. East range has to west 3 C20 2-light casements and to right a pair of doors reached by an external brick and stone staircase. To the right of the door, a similar 2-light casement. Below, to left, 3 elliptical arches, those to right with carriage doors, the left one with a smaller board door. South end has a C20 2-light casement above and a C18 plank door below, with a brick flat arch. East side has 3 C20 2-light casements on each floor and 3 partly blocked pitching eyes. North side has several blocked pitching eyes and to left, a pair of blocked segment-headed carriage doors. INTERIOR not inspected.
