GV II
Farmhouse and attached cartshed, undergoing conversion to residential use. Late C18, with mid C19 addition. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and slate roofs with coped gables and kneelers. 3 brick gable stacks. Quoins. 2 storeys. Main block has 3 plain sashes and below, a part-glazed 6-panel door flanked by a glazing bar sash to left and a plain sash to right. Set back to the right, a kitchen wing with a plain gable and a small off-centre casement flanked by single 12-pane sashes. Below, a small fixed light to left and a 2-light sliding sash to right. Beyond, to right, a single storey lean-to addition. Attached to the left, a single storey cartshed with brick front to south-east and coursed rubble front to the farm yard. Corrugated asbestos roof. 5 openings, now containing 2 stable doors and alternating windows. Through passage adjoining the house. INTERIOR has chamfered spine beams.
